Strange that there was no one there but it was all handled fine with no problems.
It has a barbecue area which has all the things you need to cook food: plates, cutlery, utensils. Corkscrew was appreciated!
The room was on the small side but perfectly fine for us. The garden and pool were nice and the sauna and jacuzzi pool a bonus.

Room was clean. Double bed strangely had 2 single duvets. Wifi was poor!!!! We went out for evening and got back at 11pm. It was chilly. So we attempted to put the air conditioner on (heat). Only to find no electricity power!!! Thought it too late to message. Had a cold night. This accommodation is a good 15 - 20 min drive from the centre of benalmedena. I wouldn’t stay here again. You don’t meet anybody on arrival. Very in personal. It’s all done via codes. Cold and unfriendly. Unless you like that type of concept. Better value accommodation elsewhere I have since found out.

Poor experience. Hotel booked ten months in advance.
Found out from friends that all our rooms were cancelled 6 days before departure
Called hotel who confirmed cancellation due to over booking.
Still able to book first 1 night in hotel before moving to a airbnb arptment. So pleased that the rooms were cancelled.
Room basic and small, shower not clean, cracks in shower cubicle
Decent pool and BBQ area.
Good location, lots of steps and key pads
Not for me.

Lovely place if you don’t mind hills
Stairs to back entrance where car is parked needs hand rail all the way up the stairs very dangerous for elderly people , reported patio door wouldn’t lock never got done, not a good location for people with bad knees otherwise lovely place

There was so much good potential for the property, but it's in bad shape. It's in a good location and has decent amenities. The downsides were that the pool was murky and smelly, the sauna was old and didn't keep the steam in (due to cracks), and the room decorations were not like the photos. The showers had mold and water didn't go down easily. Toiletries were also poor quality (like shampoo and body wash were the same). We only stayed for 1 night.
